I’m based in Zurich, where city life and my work as a real estate agent can often feel fast-paced and overwhelming. Pilates and yoga became my anchor during a time I needed them the most, teaching me how to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself.

Recently, I turned a dream into reality by creating my own brand – something I’ve poured my heart into. I’m beyond excited to share this journey with you. Thank you for being here – I can’t wait to move, grow, and glow together.
